HOW TO BECOME A SALON OWNER + EDUCATOR | MICHELLE SENOUR

So many mixed emotions today....🤪

When thinking of what to write here... I’m
Feel Happy, sad, blessed, broken, proud... the list goes on!!

I talked earlier this week about how everyone has a story, it’s not a comparison of who’s is better or worse it’s just... your story! It’s not the story that makes you a success or failure, it’s what you do with that story 🖤🤘🏼

To be honest... I kind of hate sharing that I lost my parents at a young age because I never want it to seem as though anyone should “pity” me or feel like they have to treat me as if I’m broken or fragile...
•
BUT, I think you guys need to know that a HUGE reason I am who I am today is because of my parents AND the loss of my parents.
•
My mom was STRONG, POWERFUL, LOVING, PERSISTENT, a FIGHTER and the queen of BEAUTY! I’ll never forget watching her get all fabulous everyday and taking me with her to nail appointments. I can blame her for my addition to beauty 🙈
•
My dad was STRONG, HARD WORKING, RELIABLE, TOLERANT and DEDICATED. He always taught me to do whatever you do to the freaking best of your ability no matter the $$$ or lack of praise. I can blame him for my addiction to work 🙈
•
So.. looks like I blended those 2 addictions together to make my life and career what it is today!
(and became just like them in the process 😅😵)

I think it’s important to connect with the people you are going to trust and let into your life! We might have more in common than you think!!
