in this video I have explain the procedure if the police refuse to register FIR of the complainant how the process is going on and what are the various alternative remedies available to a person whose FIR not registered by the police it is also said that the complainant or victim can file a direct complaint case under section 154 sub section 3 of criminal procedure code 1973 before the superintendent of police and if the superintendent of police finds better to register FIR he can register himself or direct the subordinate person or officer-in-charge subordinate to superintendent of Police to investigate the matter and register FIR against the accused person even though I suppose that the local police station as well as the superintendent of police does not take any cognizance of the matter and the FIR is not registered then second procedure is to file direct complaint case against the accused person before metropolitan magistrate Court or the Judicial magistrate first class code by filing writ in complaint case under section 156 sub section 3 of criminal procedure code 1973 and if the competent court finds better option than the subordinate polis officer like superintendent of Police are the officer in charge of local police station mein directed to take cognizance or take action and register FIR against the accused for the even though the victim has all the complainant has option to file a direct magistrate complaint case under section 200 of the criminal procedure code with reference to section 190 of the criminal procedure code 1973.
