Rennell, in his map published in 1978, showed the entire region as circumscribed. The name Tangail became known on 15th November 1970 AD when Mahakumar's headquarters was transferred from ITI to Tangail. According to Khandaker Abdur Rahim Saheb, the history maker of Tangail, during the English period, the people of this country used the word Tan more than the high word. Dhanbari Nawab Palace is located five minutes from Dhanbari Sadar. Dhanbari Zamindar Bari is a historical Zamindar Bari located in Dhanbari Upazila of Tangail District, Bangladesh, known locally as Nawab Palace. There is a large building with different designs for the landlords to live in. There is a well-decorated garden throughout the house. On the east side of the garden, there is a huge garden covering an area of about 30 bighas. The house also has a flower garden. The world has changed, the zamindar system has changed, there are no zamindars, there is no zamindar governance system, but their houses still remain today, a traditional zamindar house standing as a monument of memory in different parts of the country. The hundred-year-old walls of the landlord's house, the layers of limestone that have become witnesses of our history and time, hide the rich temple history, the complex buildings of the luxurious palaces of the landlords, the beauty of every part of the wall in the building. The world has changed and the governance system of Bangladesh is no longer like this. Dhanbari is no exception, there is no zamindar, but the opulence and history of Chunsarg's No Palace is still standing tall as a witness to history. Come in front of the royal palace, the extensive gardens are not only gardens, hundreds of years, maybe hundreds of thousands of rose petals have fallen, yet today it is written on the leaves that the petals of the king queen's romanticism are touched by the princess's hands, so travelers and history lovers flock to this zamindar's house in Tangail again and again in search of tradition. The history of this zamindar house is believed to be that during the reign of Mughal Emperor Jahangir, Mughal generals Spencer Khan and Manowara Dhan gained heavy zamindari efforts by defeating Dhanpati Singh during the reign of Mughal emperor Jahangir. After that Syed Hasan Ali Chowdhury Parvatikale was elected as the Minister of Industries of East Pakistan after the independence of the country in 1978 he was also elected Member of Parliament and died in 1981. The current heir of this zamindar house is his only child Asifa Akbar.
