Ride on CSX Marion Ohio Local June 2000

This tape was labeled WSMA-27, which was the symbol of this local during Conrail. I'm not sure if it was still using that symbol a year after the split or if it had migrated to a CSX symbol. Anyway, ride out from the former EL yard across town to the spur to International Paper and some other industries. The train met with the rainbow lashup was Q367. The eastbound right at the end was Q362. I did not take this, but the person who did knew the crew and you could still get away with that stuff then (but certainly not now).
