Ketamine is a dissociative psychedelic used medically as a veterinary and human anaesthetic. It is one of the few addictive psychedelics and is associated with researcher John Lilly.

2C-I-NBOMe is chemically related to, but not the same as 2C-I. 2C-I-NBOMe is active at extremely low sub-milligram doses. This chemical has nearly no history of human use prior to 2010 when it first became available online. It has been linked to several hospitalizations and deaths.

The N-O-methoxybenzyl analog of 2C-C, and a 5-HT2A (serotonin 2A) receptor agonists, 2C-C-NBOMe is active at very low, sub-milligram doses. This chemical has nearly no history of human use prior to 2010 when they first became available online. It has been associated with at least one death.
