Harry is an emergency preparedness and response professional with an operational ambulance background. Currently working as a Command and Resilience Educator for a large NHS Ambulance Service, he actively responds to incidents as a National Inter-agency Liaison Officer to provide specialist advice and support effective inter-agency working. Additionally, he undertakes shifts as an Event Operational Commander, attending large sporting events and concerts as the Ambulance Service representative to provide immediate command and control in the event of a major or untoward incident, working closely alongside skilled colleagues in the private and voluntary event medical sector.

Harry is passionate about command and event medical management, working both within the NHS and the private sectors to deliver high-quality, enthusiastic, and empowering training to those required to take the lead in the event of a crisis.

‘First On Scene,’ exploring the essential actions of the first crew on scene to bring calm to chaos. This would focus heavily on the NARU Actions for the first resources on scene, in addition to the importance of adhering to the JESIP Principles.
