LVS & ARC9 missile lock on (Gmod)

only reason I have LVS in here as well is cause it natively supports lock on LFS doesn't at least not to my knowledge (yes I know there is lock on but it wasn't really supported) and this ARC9 pack supports lock on really well i believe its entity based (it tracks the entity independent of its type)
