Egg Paratha

Ingredients for Egg Paratha:
Eggs 3
Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk 1 ½ cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1/4 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil (for brushing) as required
Ingredients for Raita:
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt (450 g) 1/2 cup
Green coriander (chopped) 1 tbsp
Mint leaves 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp

Directions for Egg Paratha Preparation:
In a bowl add eggs, Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk, wheat flour, all-purpose flour, capsicum, green onion, onion, green coriander, green chilies, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt and mix it well.
Brush oil on a preheated pan and spread 1 cup of paratha mixture on it.
Cook each side until fully done.
Directions for Raita Preparation:
In a bowl add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, green coriander, mint leaves, garlic, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, green chilies and mix it well.
Serve it with egg paratha and enjoy.
Prep time: 15-20 mins
Cooking time: 20-30 mins
