PLEASE take the time to watch, Like, comment, and/or favorite this video. I tried four times to film in this city, and came to hate the place by the time I was successful. I'll have you know it's a 230+ mile roundtrip journey from Escondido, by the way.

Now that I have footage, I'm very excited to share it with everyone. The city runs Sterling Condors with Heil rapid rail bodies, and they feature a rare form of interchangeable grippers which were popular in the 90s, and not so much today. I do have footage of two different trucks in this video, the second of which did 300 gallon containers. What a shaky ride that must be all day...

You'll also notice the city tried consumer-sort recycling, and eventually decided to switch to the post-collection MRF method instead. Not sure if that was due to contamination....but I wouldn't be surprised
