Incredibly Yummy Cheesy Bites I Make For My Kids Every Week

Hello Darlings! I'm gonna share this yummy recipe of Cheesy Bites which I make almost every week for my kids.

Here's what you'll need:
1 and ½ cups all purpose flour (190g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/2 tsp instant yeast (3g)
1 tbsp sugar (15g)
Add 2 tbsps of oil (30ml)
1/2 cup water (125ml)

200 grams sliced mozzarella cheese
100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings are endless :) You can use any you prefer :)

Note:
-If you find the dough dry, just add 1 tablespoon of water. If it's wet, add a tablespoon of flour.
