Recipe
Ingredients

Pori - 3 cups

Jaggery - 1 cup

Dry ginger powder - 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice - 1/4 tsp

( I used a 200 ml cup for measure.. Can get around 6 to 8 big urundai)

Steps

Melt jaggery with 3/4 cup of water. Once it melts filter it, and again cook.

It should reach thick stone consistent. When you put a drop in water, you should able to roll and take out.. That ball, should be thick like stone.. When you drop, you can hear sound.

It is right consistent, add Lemon juice, switch off. Add it immediately to pori, which is kept ready in a wide bowl or plate.

Mix it fast, so all pori coated well in jaggery syrup. Immediately wet your hands in water and make balls as shown.,when it is hot.

If you do slowly, it will become hard, so you cant make..
