It took me at LEAST four times to try and record this video right!

But the message is two-fold:
1. When we face discomfort and dig into our fears, we open the door to love ourselves much deeper. self reflection and shadow work are incredibly powerful strategies, and frankly, they've transformed my life.
2. The work is incomplete if we don't extend that #selflove outwards. When I value myself as unconditionally worthy, so I must value others. Otherwise, there will always be someone I'm scared of becoming, because sharing characteristics would make ME unworthy
