Here we have Coach Bryant with a short, sweet, and simple at home work out for you (baby not included lol)! Find a small space, although this is a bodyweight workout, you are welcome to use any form of resistance equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, or even bags of rice! The workout includes:
1) squats (10-15 reps)
2) plank (30-60 secs)
3) lunges (10-15 on each side)
4) push-ups (10-15)
*Repeat 3-5 times
