How to Install a GRIP2 Damper in a Fox 40 Float Factory & Fork Seal Replacement

Installing a GRIP2 damper in my 2018 Fox 40 Float Factory on a YT Tues. Also performing a lower leg service replacing fork seals and fluid. Damper is from the folks at Cyclinic in Australia. They carry a complete line of Fox suspension products. Nobody in the US had the damper in stock.

Arrived in Hawaii a week and a half from order and was cheaper with shipping ($416 USD total) than buying in the US. Initial shipment was made through Australia Post and final shipment was made by USPS Priority Mail Express International™. Spent 4 days in US Customs. Test ride review coming up...

Installation notes:

--Air side bath fluid & volume: Fox 20w Gold fluid. 35 cc or mL.
--GRIP2 damper side fluid & volume: Fox 5w PTFE infused fluid. 50 cc or mL.
--Slickoleum suspension grease for fork seals.
--32mm Fox top cap socket 398-00-706
--28mm Fox top cap socket 398-00-707
--Fox 40 fork seal driver 398-00-773
--Fox 40 fork seal kit 803-00-946

Torque specs:

--Air and damper side top caps: 18 ft.-lbs.
--GRIP2 damper side foot nut: 80 in.-lbs.
--Air side lower foot nut: 50 in.-lbs.
--All triple clamp bolts: 65 in.-lbs.
--Front axle & pinch bolts: 19 in.-lbs.
