Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree - Commander Gaius Boss fully on Torrent

Me and a friend were talking shit about Torrent, saying he was legit useless in this fight and it was easier to just get off the horse. But From Software CLEARLY want us to use Torrent for this, right? So I decided to try beating this jerk while staying on Torrent at all times (except when I got knocked down).

I was Level 150 with an INT/STR build and Scadutree Blessings at 7 (I'm refusing to upgrade more until I hit a real roadblock or run out of patience). Revered Ashes at 6 (relevant for Torrent).

Other than his flying attack during the second phase, I feel like I managed to figure out how to dodge all his attacks on horseback... though I had to just be cheeky and rely on the size/terrain differences sometimes!
