Ingredients:

6 Curry leaves
1 Tb spn of Mustard Seeds
1 Tb spn of Zeera
1Tspn of Turmeric Powder
6 Tb spns of Oil
2 T Spn of Chenna Dal
2.5 T spns of salt
2 T spns of Chilli Powder
4 T Spns of dry coconut powder
2 chopped Garlic
10 Ground nuts
10 cashews
Sliced Okra (25)


Instructions:

Heat oil in a Pan and add Mustard seeds, Zeera, Chenna dal. Let them fry for a while.
Now add Cashews, groundnuts, chopped garlic and Curry leaves.
Add the sliced okra to the pan. Let it fry for about 10 to 15 mins in medium flame.
Now add salt, chilli powder, Dry Coconut powder and then mix it well.
Dish it out and serve it with rice and some ghee. It’s YUMMY :-)
