In today's video I ramble on about how my sleep has been since quitting cannabis, again, from a 2+ weeks ago. I've tried sleep supplements and like the cannabis, there's always a price to pay.

I didn't talk about anything I thought I was going to talk about :) but that's just me being me.

I did however cover my unorthodoxed way that I quit drinking, and while I wouldn't advise you try it, it worked for me, mostly out of desperation!
