SOT with prisoner in Serbo-Croat: "I crossed the river, on third
in the evening, on the fourth we surrendered to the Yugoslav army
and then they took us to the village of Jagoftica, the Serbs
escorted us in trucks. The trucks were packed with people - around
40 of us were in each truck - and we arrived here late in the
evening. As far as how we were treated, I don't know. It wasn't
good. A lot of things happened, especially during the first month.
Now I hope for better, I would like to get out of here whatever.
Yes I would love to see my family and I would like to go abroad.
There are 300 of us here and 60 people have left for Australia and
Ireland
