I stuck to my gameplan with this one. I don't have access to a rope regularly and the black ropes are slick. I figured if just take the penalty burpees and treat it as part of the workout. I wanted to break everything up to stay consistent and keep moving. The boys can do those double ups with ease. I should have tried to do one at the end since half reps don't count but I didn't know that. Just a few hiccups to start the weekend. Finished better than event 1. For Time, 21 Deadlifts 225lb, 4 double up rope Climbs, 15 Deadlifts 275lb, 3 double up rope Climbs, 9 Deadlifts 315lb, 2 double up rope Climbs. 4 penalty bar facing burpees for each break on a double up rope climb. Time Cap 12 minutes, finished Cap+2.
