"Lauki Do Pyaaza" is a popular Indian dish made with bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi) and onions (pyaaza). It's a vegetarian curry where the bottle gourd is cooked with a generous amount of onions, tomatoes, and spices. The name "Do Pyaaza" refers to the cooking style where onions are added in two forms: sliced onions and either onion paste or finely chopped onions, giving the dish a rich and textured flavor.
