24 HOURS OF DRIVING - LA TO HOUSTON ROAD TRIP - ARIZONA, LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO AND EL PASO, TEXAS

In the first two days of our 24 hour long road trip, we drive from LA to Las Cruces, New Mexico (Ivan stopping to take a work call in the car in Arizona), and then Las Cruces to Fredricksburg, Texas. In Las Cruces we explore the chile pepper capital of the world! Eating green chile burgers from What-a-burger, and since we don't have much time to explore, going to the Truck Farm for some take home gifts (green chile marmalade and posole) which we try in this video, and are delicious. Next El Paso for some authentic Mexican food. In this border town we realize this is the closest we have been to another country in over a year! The burritos were phenomenal!!! These stops were quick, but focused on exploring the culture, along our route and that made sitting in the car and driving those twenty hours to Fredricksburg a much better memory!
