There are different hacks to kids feeding and it still depends on the Mom,child ,environment,finance ,Age ,Nutrition etc

1. Don’t compare your kids

2. If you want your kids to eat everything and anything ,
You should do same as well .

3. No forcing or punishments should come with eating

4. Feed age appropriate meals not internet/content appropriate .

5.Presentation of the meals should matter

6.Know what your kids like

7. Be gentle with them and make feeding fun

8. Let them know the difference between healthy and unhealthy meals

9. Talk to them and get their opinions

12. You are not your child

13.When adding something New you should add a food they are used to .

14.You can try different foods in small portions

15. Give little Portions
