PM Modi in Laos LIVE: PM Modi Holds Bilateral Meeting with PM Siphandone of Laos, Exchange MoUs

On his visit to Vientiane, Laos Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a bilateral meeting with his counterpart Sonexay Siphandone on the sidelines of 21st ASEAN-India Summit and the 19th East Asia Summit. The two leaders discussed issues of mutual concern and reaffirmed their intent to bolster their bilateral ties. Laos PM thanked India for providing assistance during Typhoon Yagi. PM Modi congratulated Laos for effectively hosting the ASEAN Summit and the East Asia Summit. Besides the summit, the prime minister will hold several bilateral meetings with heads of states from member countries.
