It is with deep regret that we must inform you that due to the Securities and Exchange Commission revocation order, Seataoo is unable to continue its operations in the Philippines. The revocation order led to the termination of our partnerships with advertisers, banks, and suppliers, resulting in a significant number of canceled orders and refunds, posing immense challenges for the company. This has caused severe negative impacts, substantial losses, and a disruption in our financial chain.

Despite our best efforts to appeal, the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States has upheld the revocation order. Consequently, we have made the difficult decision to cease operations in the Philippines on the morning of June 25, 2024, at 10 a.m., with a 30-minute downtime for website maintenance. Following the closure of our operations, services such as product purchases, store operations, and account registrations will be suspended. Rest assured, we will be accountable for your funds, and you will still be able to withdraw funds from your personal account. We will close all stores and remove all products from sale. Any unprocessed or undelivered orders will be canceled, and refunds will be processed according to relevant regulations.


We understand that this is a significant blow to you and our partners. Due to the cancellation of agreements with our payment gateways and banks, our financial chain has come under immense strain. Consequently, we have decided to cancel Affiliate commissions. For Philippines sellers, all withdrawal funds will be disbursed in three batches. Additionally, for all Philippines orders that have been purchased but not yet shipped, the system will cancel these orders. We will send emails for refunds, and we kindly ask you to follow the instructions provided in the email for refund processing during the third batch disbursement.

For all Philippine users with funds in their accounts, please apply for withdrawals by July 31. We will make the necessary arrangements for payment. Starting from August 1, we will suspend the withdrawal function and begin phased payments of all funds until all amounts are disbursed. Each user can also check their payment time and amount on the website. If you cannot find your withdrawal information, it means we have not yet uploaded your payment details.
