Ok to have a metric exposing emulation version / min-compat version of a process, should be in component-base
This would at least help have the signal of what emulation version each component is at, can be used to derive the out-of-skew value between client/server
[KobayashiD27] DRA Device Binding Conditions (KEP-5007) - Requesting API review for PR k/k#130160 targeting v1.34 alpha. Focus is on the proposed API changes. KEP approved by scheduler and DRA maintainers.
