Hi everyone! In today’s video I’m re-creating cheaper, easier, healthier, and lower-calorie Erewhon smoothie dupes at home! Basically, Erewhon but better 😌

We’ll chat about the ingredients in the original recipes (and whether they’re actually evidence-based, or a waste of your money), and I’ll share how I made homemade versions, including ingredient swaps. I’m also taste-testing each of these and sharing my honest thoughts so you can decide what’s worth it to re-create at home!

I’m going to write out the ingredients for each of the smoothie dupes down below, but let’s be honest here, does anyone actually measure for their smoothies? If I took the time to write out “1/2 cup pineapple”, would you actually get out your measuring cup, or would you just eyeball it anyway? Let’s just save ourselves the hassle and not do any quantities :')
