It is all Cannabis
Hemp, Fiber, Marijuana all fall under the broad category of cannabis.
Within the Cannabis category each further classification has a specific definition allowing for distinction from the different subsets of cannabis.

Hemp Defined by the FDA/Farm Bill
At the federal level, the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, Pub. L. 115-334, (the 2018 Farm Bill) was signed into law on Dec. 20, 2018.
Among other things, this new law changes certain federal authorities relating to the production and marketing of hemp, defined as…
"the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis."

Fiber Hemp
Fiber hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) is a sustainable and high yielding industrial crop that can help to meet the high global demand for fibers.
Hemp can be grown for fiber, seeds, and/or for dual purpose in a wide range of geographic zones and climates.

Marijuana Defined by the CDC
Marijuana, which can also be called weed, pot, dope, or cannabis, is the dried flowers and leaves of the cannabis plant.

It contains mind-altering (e.x. psychoactive) compounds like tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, as well as other active compounds like cannabidiol, or CBD, that are not mind-altering.
