[LIVE] Shiny Roaming Cresselia after 19,542 SRs in Pearl

An absolutely amazing shiny without any doubt. Shiny Cresselia sits comfortably in my top 5 shinies of all time. I can't believe how nice it is. The blue and purple combination in particular look incredible.

Here is a bit of information on how to hunt Roamers in Sinnoh and the information in the source code;

There is a 50% chance to find a Roamer if it's on the route. A significant jump from Gen 3 (~5.5%); https://imgur.com/vPVyZHC

There is a 30% chance of the Roamer hopping to another route if you don't encounter it first. Say you find a Shinx instead; https://imgur.com/aY3BWEV

There is a 1/16 chance of time you reset the route while chasing it down that its location will randomise; https://imgur.com/f8soxlm
