In this self defence video, I show you the one, and only one, simple technique that I would use to save my life in a frenzied knife attack. We demonstrate this defense against a real knife to confirm it's effectiveness.

The knife defence used in this video, if trained and used correctly, will save your life by protecting you from an underarm type of stab. This technique is especially useful in frenzied attacks, either terrorism or mental health related, where the attacker is looking to cause mass casualties, because it makes you a hard target and causes a delay. Meaning that the attacker will move onto someone else, buying you time to escape or get help.

We also demonstrate an effective use of a bag (handbag, laptop bag, rucksack etc), to defend yourself against a stabbing.
