The Women's Philharmonic (parent organization of Women's Philharmonic Advocacy) led the way in rediscovering and performing Farrenc's music in the 1980s (under the guidance of Nan H. Washburn who researched her and edited Symphony n. 3). We are so happy that now many orchestras around the world have discovered her music.
