Character Select Screens in Fighting games

In this video I cover a multitude of fighting game character select screens. From the humble beginnings of street fighter 2 to the stylish and unique designs of Y2K. However, If you take a second to look, you get to apricate the often small overlooked details. A good character select screen can enhance the selection process. Although, there is no one end all be all design for a character selection screen which is what makes them so interesting.

This video took waaaay too long but I'm happy with how it turned out. It's nice to just talk about aspects of fighting games. I really got an itch for some Weird fighting games but I think the next melty balance will be out first.
