Summary:
In this pre-Code romantic comedy, wealthy socialite Jimmy Farnsworth makes a $5,000 bet with his friend George Van Horne that under the right circumstances any man and woman can be made to fall in love. George selects bored heiress Betty Duncan as the female, and Jimmy recruits humble electrician Peter Darby to pose as an upper-class gentleman and woo her at Jimmy’s estate.
