You either need the physical discs or original copies of the discs for this patch to work. Below are the specific versions of each game that you will need:
Shining Force III - NA or PAL Version
Shining Force III: Scenario 2 - Japanese Version
Shining Force III: Scenario 3 - Japanese Version
Shining Force III: Premium Disc - Japanese Version (If you have it, not necessary.)

You can find the above games in their physical form on eBay and possibly Amazon. Just head to either website and search for the game titles above, good luck. If you are looking for original copies of these discs or the BIOS file for the Sega Saturn I cannot tell you where you can find those online. However, Google is your friend. Just make sure you download from sites that YOU TRUST!
