Trilogy is known for having some of the most luxurious country club retirement communities, and Phoenix is lucky enough to have multiple Trilogy communities to choose from!

In this video I will help you rank the best Trilogy communities in the greater Phoenix area, and we will discuss the amenities, prices and fees, golf ratings and location of each community that I rank.

In Phoenix, Arizona we have Trilogy communities located throughout the valley including Trilogy at Vistancia, Wickenburg Ranch, Trilogy at Power Ranch, Encanterra, Trilogy at Verde River and the all new Ridgecrest community! But some of these have better offerings and locations than the others, and that is why I am creating this list.

When comparing the Trilogy Communities to other options like Pebblecreek, Sun City Grand and Festival, you will see a higher level of luxury in the Trilogy options, but you certainly pay a price premium for it.
