Timișoara is the 3rd biggest city in Romania and an important element in Romania's history and culture. It has a big student population and is a lively place to visit. With it's beautiful town centre with all it's squares, incredible architecture, parks, restaurants, museums and cafe's, one day and a half was just not enough, and we only got to discover a small portion of what this city has to offer.

Notable mentions are the metropolitan Cathedral, The Dome, Museum of the Communist Consumer, any of the many bakeries (with a huge vegan selection) and Revolution Memorial Museum - if the founder is there!
