Try this if you've opened Outlook and you can't see the contents of any of the emails you click on.

This isn't a problem with your data files or Addons - it's the result of a recent update. The command I mention reverts Outlook back to the version before the rogue update and fixes the problem.

Here's what you copy/paste into the Run box...

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462"

Remember to include everything - including the quotes.

You can find the Run box if you right click on the Start menu button and then click 'Run' on the menu that pops up.

This is a time limited problem that's caused directly by an update - it only affects certain versions of Office, and Microsoft have probably sorted this out and removed the update that caused the problem, but if you have been caught by it and you've come to YouTube to look for a solution before a Google search, then hopefully you'll find this first and it'll solve the problem painlessly - in just a few minutes!
