The Real Issue With YouTube (For Small Creators)

"Just get started" is the prevailing wisdom for anyone wishing to start YouTube. "Just have great content", and the viewers will come. Well, there's a little more to it than that! Just an impromptu video sharing some of the issues us small YouTubers tend to encounter. Other small YouTubers may find some solidarity, those wanting to get started may want to know these things, and any casual viewers may also find out some things they didn't know (and hopefully you'll give us creators a little grace, we really want to do better for you very, very badly, and are trying our best!!
