In this episode we are going to show you how you can make street food style Honey Chili Potato without compromising the taste

Ingredients for slurry
1. Chili flakes – 1 tbsp
2. Italian Seasoning – 1 tbsp
3. Corn Flour – 1 cup
4. Refined Wheat Flour – 1 cup
5. Salt to taste

Ingredients
1. Potato – 3-4 pcs
2. Capsicum – 1 cup
3. Tomato – 1 cup
4. Carrot – 1 cup
5. Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
6. Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
7. Chopped green chili – 1 tbsp
8. Honey – 2 tbsp
9. Sesame Seeds – 2 tbsp

Process:
• First prepare slurry for coating potatoes by adding refined wheat flour, chili flakes, salt, Italian seasoning and make medium thick slurry for coating
• Take one kadai and add some cooking oil, add sliced potatoes into slurry and coat it properly and deep fry at low flame. Let it cool for a while and deep fry it again after coating into slurry to make it crispy
• Let it cool for a while and meanwhile prepare masala for this recipe
• Take one kadai and add some cooking oil and add garlic, ginger, chili paste and saute for a minute
• Add sliced carrot, capsicum, tomato and salt to taste and saute for a minute
• Add soya sauce, honey and sesame seeds and saute for a minute
• Add deep fried potatoes and mix all ingredients well
• Garnish it with coriander leaves
• Honey chili potato is ready to serve
