◼︎I made it to Cairo, Egypt finally and the first thing I was told to try was the Koshari which is the National Dish. I tried it, and fell in love with it. Then i had the recommended Egyptian Rice pudding, I did not like that at all. so to make up for that not tasty desert, I went across the Street with my friend to have some of the best desert that I've had in a while, The Egyptian Konafa.
