薑茶湯丸糖水

材料:
彩虹水晶湯丸
片糖一塊
薑一小舊

程序:
1. 洗乾淨煲。
2. 大火在煲內煲滾清水一升。
3. 片糖,清水洗乾淨,放煲內,大火煲滾。
4. 薑,去皮,清水洗乾淨,拍鬆,放碟內。
5. 片糖水已煲滾,熄火,先倒出一碗糖水給不吃辣的成員,再開大火煲滾,加入薑,轉中慢火,冚蓋煲10分鐘,煲出薑味。
6. 糖水已煮好,倒入碗內。
7. 沒有薑味的糖水,大火煮滾。
8. 大火煲滾清水500毫升,加入適量湯丸,大火滾起後,轉中火。
9. 薑茶糖水已煲了10分鐘,放碗內。
10. 再大火煲滾沒有薑味的糖水。
11. 湯丸,已煲至完全浮起,放入薑味糖水內。
12. 另一邊在煲內大火煲滾清水一升,水滾就加入適量的湯丸,大火滾起,轉中慢火,煮至湯丸完全浮起,熄火。
13. 片糖水,分配好在碗內。
14. 湯丸已煮好,放入碗內。
15. 完成,可享用。

Tong yuen sweet soup in ginger flavor

Ingredients:
Rainbow crystal tong yuen
Slab sugar 1 pc
Ginger (small) 1 No.

Steps:
1. Rinse a pot.
2. Boil up 1L of water in the pot.
3. Slab sugar, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot. Heat up at high flame.
4. Ginger, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Beat well. Put on plate.
5. Slab sugar sweet soup has been boiled up, turn off fire. Pour out a bowl to the one does not like the spiciness. Heat up at high flame again, add in the ginger. Turn to medium-low flame. Cover up the pot, boil for 10 minutes to release the flavour of the ginger.
6. Sweet soup has been boiled well, pour it into bowls.
7. Heat up the sweet soup (without ginger flavor) at high flame.
8. Heat up 500ml of water at high flame. Add in appropriate amount of tong yuen. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium flame.
9. The sweet soup (with ginger flavor) has been boiled for 10 minutes, put into bowls.
10. Boil up the sweet soup without taste of ginger.
11. Tong yuen, has been boiled to be floated on top of water. Put it into the sweet soup of ginger.
12. Heat up 1L of water at high flame in a pot on the other side. Add in appropriate amount of tong yuen after boils up. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame. Boil it until it is totally floated up. Turn off fire.
13. Slab sugar sweet soup, is to be poured into bowls.
14. Tong yuen has been boiled well, put into bowls.
15. Complete. Serve.

Tong yuen, is with special meaning, especially in the mid autumn festival. It must be shared with family members.
