Be sure to watch the whole video through! Today I take you guys on a track workout on the roads. The workout is 4 by 3 minutes, with 2 minute jog recovery. The first part of the workout is somewhat of a progression run. You get gradually faster as the workout progresses. This can be a track workout for 5k runners, track workout for 10k runners, track workout for marathoners, etc. This workout is designed to teach you how to run faster, how to run longer, and how to run longer without your legs getting tired. This can be a tune up workout for a race in the coming week and a track workout for distance runners.
