Tonight I went to a place called Hierro Parrilla in Palermo Hollywood Buenos Aires. I decided to get a braised lamb leg to give myself a break from steaks. (gave my wallet a break too!) Other than being very unsalted, it was delicious! A little grassy flavor with tenderness throughout from the long braise. The mashed potatoes were good too being well salted and a beautiful medium between creamy and crumbly texture.
