#CHEFPACHITIPS
🍞Bread it with parmessan and nut flour mix.
🥣Add the sauce on the side if yours stays creamy and does not flow.

CRISPY & Roasted CURRIED CAULIFLOWER
8 servings
2 whole cauliflowers
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon curry
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Breaded
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons of curry

curry sauce
For 2 to 3 cauliflowers

1 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of curry
1 teaspoon of honey
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon pepper

1. Wash and dry cauliflower heads. Remove the core from the bottom, making a triangle and remove it.
1. Whites: Beat the whites with the curry, salt and pepper. Spread each cauliflower on all sides with this mixture.
2. Breaded: Mix the almond flour with the curry.
3. Sauce: Mix ingredients in a bowl and set aside to serve. Refrigerate if for another day.
4. Pour the almonds and curry into a cup and mix. Sprinkle all over cauliflower, top and bottom. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes, cover (5 minutes) and serve with sauce.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients and set aside until ready to use.
*If your kitchen is hot, it will get thinner, if it is very cold it will stay thick, so add some extra plain yogurt or milk if you want it to flow.
