Crocodile Hunting Dog

I’m not sure why this dog is standing in the water, doing nothing. When the crocodile approaches, a man warns the dog, but it’s too late. If the man knew there were crocodiles in the water, why did he let his dog jump in there in the first place? This dog is walking along a riverbank, unaware that he will soon become this crocodile’s next meal after he grabs him. The poor dog is defenseless and becomes crocodile chow in seconds. Another dog is snatched when it is ambushed by a crocodile, and once the reptile has the dog in its grasp, there is no getting away for the canine.

A crocodile emerges from the water and swims away, clutching a wild dog. Because wild dogs are fearsome predators, we frequently see them chasing down prey. The behavior of the wild dogs in this sequence fascinates me greatly. They appear to be very concerned about their friend, as evidenced by their body language. They're keeping an eye on the dog to see if it can escape. Given their reputation as ruthless, brutal hunters, it astounds me that they can be so compassionate toward one of their own.

Crocodile Attacks Wildebeest

Wildebeests must cross the river during the great migration, and this is where many of them perish at the mouths of hungry crocodiles. You can see what I mean in this video when a crocodile latches on to its prey to kill and eat it. The wildebeest in this video finds itself between a rock and a hard place, when a crocodile slowly approaches the animal, and turns the wildebeest’s river crossing into a nightmare, he will never wake up from, to tell his friends. All the crocodile must do in this video is snag one of the wildebeests as they cross the river.

In the end, it's a numbers game, and if it's not your time, you'll be lucky to live another day, but a crocodile separates one wildebeest from the rest and begins the annihilation process. In this spectacular video, a huge crocodile latches onto a wildebeest by grabbing the running animal’s tail, and believe it or not, the wildebeest actually manages to pull the crocodile, which weighs well over one thousand pounds, for a few feet, before it begins to stagnate and come to a complete stop. What’s even crazier is that the wildebeest manages to escape the grip of the crocodile. This is one super-strong wildebeest!
