For me it’s definitely not. As a guy who used to be able to see I never really took that opportunity to feel faces and then compare them to what I was seeing. So now, I DON’T have a bank of images in my mind that correspond to what I’m feeling. So, all I’d get out of feeling a face is a really weird feeling that extended from me to the person I was feeling. So, fear not. If we meet, I’m not going to put my grubby mits on your makeup.
