... the long weekend saw us back in Phuket again, this time to check out The Slate. The Slate Phuket is the only hotel in Thailand to be named amongst TripAdvisor’s Travelers Choice Best of the Best Out of the Ordinary Hotels, so of course we had to check it out in person.

With 3 swimming pools and 8 restaurants and bars around The Slate, a myriad of other free activities to do in the hotel PLUS a free DIY art walk tour you can do around the property, you can see why it kept us occupied all day long. Seriously our 2 nights here weren't in the least enough to explore and enjoy all of the hotel's amenities!
