The latest addition to our FlipFarm gear is a helix flipper we have named FELIX. We use this to rotate the baskets into the drying position. We do this to kill biofouling, create more even and well shaped shell growth, harden oysters and improve meat condition.
We are really stoked at how this is going, first day on the water and works great straight out the workshop at Kaituna Engineering!
