The Dumbbell Zottman Curl starts with a dumbbell in each hand, with feet shoulder-width apart and hands by the sides. Lift the dumbbells keeping the elbows close to the body and the upper arms stationary, reaching the shoulder level. At the top of the movement, rotate your wrist so that your palms are facing away from the body.
