The power of our words can be demonstrated in this simple experiment which we want to challenge you and your family to do! You can either use cooked rice 🍚 or an apple 🍎 for this experiment. Here are the steps on how you can do it.

1. Take 2 jars and fill each jar halfway with cooked rice or put half an apple in each jar.
2. Put a label on each jar, one with “love” and the other “hate”. Put these jars is a shady part of your house.
3. Every day for one week, spend time to speak to each jar individually.
😀To the “love” jar, say kind and loving words.
😠To the “hate” jar, say unkind and hateful words.
