This is the longplay of Sonic Blast Man II, an action / beat n up game produced and distributed by Taito Corporation, released in 1994 in the United States, Japan and Europe.

The plot begins when Yafu, a being with powerful mental powers, sends an offensive attack on Earth, while treating human beings as if they are insects infesting the Earth. Therefore, Yafu started a campaign to eradicate the human race.

A trio of heroes is called to end Yafu's threat.
In this sequel, Sonic Blast Man teams up with two other super action heroes: Sonic Blast Girl, Sonia, and the cybernoid earthling, Captain Choyear.

The biggest difference is that each one has their own fighting style. The specialty of Sonic Blast Man, continues as a boxer being the most balanced between resistance, strength and mobility. Sonia, on the other hand, seems to be an expert in kicks with little resistance and more speed. Choyear has a style of wrestling similar to Zangief and Haggar (Street fighter and Final fight), being the strongest of all, but also the slowest.

Each character has movements similar to those of fighting games, in addition to having two specials (a simple special and a powerful one, which affects all enemies on the screen).

Sonic Blast Man II represents a good evolution of the first game, with the inclusion of multiplayer mode, better gameplay and better graphics. I highly recommend this game.
